Steve Mohror started his martial arts career in October of 2006 under the instruction of Sensei Doug Haralson in the style of Seigi Bushido Ryu. While under the further tutelage of Sensei Steve Brown, who inherited the class in 2009, Steve passed his current ranking of Sandan in July of 2021. He currently is the head instructor the Master's Warriors dojo at Hometown Church in Bloomington, MN, leading the Youth/Teen/Adult class, which he started in January of 2015.
Steve married his wife, Alice, in September of 2000 and they have one daughter, Phoebe. They all live in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1997 and has since been working as a Registered Nurse at the University of Minnesota Medical Center-Fairview in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit. The Mohror's are members of the Urban Refuge Church which they helped plant in 2003,where Steve is actively involved in the prayer and children's ministries.
Brad Nord

Sensei Brad Nord has been a member of Seigi Bushido Ryu since 2010. He holds the rank of first degree black belt and is an assistant instructor at the Bloomington, MN dojo. He enjoys the personal challenge that the Christian martial arts brings to his life physically, mentally, and spiritually. He also loves seeing the growth in other martial artists, especially the youth. One of his life verses is Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through him (Christ) who strengthens me”.
Sensei Nord teaches high school animal sciences at a magnet school in Apple Valley, MN. He has been a teacher since 1996 and loves to share the unique characteristics of animals as well as help students explore their career interests. He is married and lives in Lakeville, MN with his wife and two sons.
